Recently, there has been a buzz around the term "AI" ( Artificial Intelligence), which can do our daily tasks and automate repetitive work.
AI can be classified into these three types based on their Capabilities. And they are changing our lives. – ANI – AGI – ASI
ANI: Also known as Artificial Narrow Intelligence, it can do simple tasks. For example, ANI is Siri on Apple devices. We can ask Siri ( ANI ) to call a friend or text someone. ( something that is already programmed in their algorithm) . Their capabilities are below human Intelligence.
AGI: Also Known as Artificial General Intelligence, it can apply general knowledge to tasks aligned to them. They can learn to Adapt and modify—basically, the ability to self-teach. Their capabilities are on par with human Intelligence. AGI use cases include autonomous vehicles and advanced Chatbots.
ASI: Also known as Artificial Super Intelligence, it is said to handle advanced and complex tasks beyond human intelligence. Their Capabilities are above human intelligence. ASI's superior capabilities would apply across many disciplines and industries, including cognition, general intelligence, problem-solving abilities, social skills, and creativity.
